The Fjord Country

You will find us on the E 39, between the river and the Breimsvatnet lake, south of Reed centre, 200 meters past the church.

We have a large outdoor barbeque with an open fire, tables and chairs, as well as a dancefloor with a stage and music system. We sell fishing licences. You can catch salmon and trout using an otter, rod or net. The location is excellent as a starting point for daytrips to places such as the West Cape, Stadlandet, the Briksdal Glacier, Nordfjordeid, Måløy, or the Norwegian Glacier Centre in Fjærland
From here, you can take walks to old mountain dairies and fishing lakes in the surrounding mountains. It is only a short distance to the Nordfjord Folk Museum and Norsk Fjordhestgard a Fjord Horse centre offering riding lessons and horseback trips, also up into the Breim mountains. The M/S "Breim" offers sightseeing trips on the Breimsvatnet, and beach volleyball is available on the shore of that lake.
